Last Minute Team Captain Checklist
Relay's just around the corner. As a team captain, you may be wondering what
you should be doing right now to get ready for the event. We've come up with
a top 10 list of things just for this occasion!

Make sure all of your team members are registered!
- Finalize your fundraising plans and delegate responsibilities to your team members.
- Make a plan for your tent site -
who is bringing what,
set up and clean up responsibilities, and who will be in charge of food.
- Publicize the
theme laps
so EVERYONE can prepare.
- Sell
luminaria.
- Set the
walking schedule
for your team.
- Hold a team meeting to collect paperwork and money prior to
Bank Night on June 9th.
- Get PSYCHED and share your excitement!

Invite cancer survivors and caregivers to attend the Survivor/Caregiver Lap that kicks off our Relay.

Send emails from the online giving website asking people for donations.
