The 2008 Campsite Selection Process

As discussed at each of our team captain meetings, we will be holding a drawing for campsites, which will be approximately 15x15 feet apiece.  Tickets for the drawing have been earned according to the guidelines set forth back in February.  Starting this weekend, once the drawing has been held and the order determined, we will begin emailing team captains.  In that email will be a link to the campsite layout, and a link to show you what teams are in what campsites so far, and which ones are still available.  We will try to update the campsite list often, but to be safe, will ask each team captain to submit five different campsite locations, in order of preference, and we will put you into the first open one we have.  Once your team has an official campsite (or multiple campsites for larger teams), we will reply to your email to let you know where your team ended up.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us right away.  And team captains, please be on the lookout for this email.  Thank you!
